继2013年加拿大联邦技术移民5.4新政后，2014年4月23日加拿大移民部长Chris Alexander宣布2014年加拿大联邦技术移民将于今年5月1日增加配额重新开启!鲲鹏移民专家认为：2015年1月加拿大移民局将会启动全新的Express Entry(快速通道)来吸收技术移民，因此此次联邦技术的重启是在现行政策基础上最后一次接受申请。新的职业列表清单及细节将于加拿大时间4月26日发布，也就是北京时间4月27日，敬请关注。
2014年5月重启的项目,主要包括三大类：联邦技术移民(FSWP)，联邦技工类移民(FSTP)，以及经验类移民(CEC)，鲲鹏移民专家为您整理如下：。
1.加拿大联邦技术移民
从6个方面来进行评估，包括：年龄、语言、学历、工作经验、适应能力等
职业列表由去年的24类增至50类职业
2015年技术移民配额：25000个，每一类职业最多接收1000个
博士类技术移民配额：500个
已有雇主的技术移民(AEO)：没有配额限制
2.加拿大联邦技工类移民
2015年技工类移民配额：5000个
只有在NOC Skill Level B Group中的90类职业符合申请条件，每一类职业最多接收100个
3.加拿大经验类移民
2015年经验类移民配额：8000个
在NOC B中的职业符合申请条件，每一类接收200个
加拿大移民部长强调，联邦移民局将在今年清理所有积压的联邦技术移民计划申请案，并将在5月1日起按照新的职业清单及配额接受申请。此番设置申请限额是为了不产生新的积压，并确保吸纳的技术移民能够符合本国劳工市场的需要。
鲲鹏移民专家提醒大家注意：这是在联邦实行Express Entry(快速通道)计划之前，最后一次用旧的移民系统选拔这几种移民项目的申请人。从明年1月开始，上述几个移民项目都将采用Express Entry(快速通道)系统。
此次政策的公布距离明年1月采用新的“快速通道”模式仅剩8个月的时间，在这短短的几个月时间里，移民局再次重新公布职业列表并接受申请，加之目前移民局对已经接收的去年5.4政策的客户的快速审理的情况，可以看出加拿大劳工市场对相应专业人才的需求还是非常急迫的。
